When Gabriel and I met, he was working for a kombucha company up in the Catskills. We met at a makers market- he slinging ‘buch and me selling my preserves. It was fate. Needless to say, we were drinking A LOT of kombucha at the time…especially in cocktails.
So here’s a little taste of summer’s past, from me to you!
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine 1 oz vodka and 3 oz ginger grapefruit kombucha. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top with 1 ounce of club soda or seltzer, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
